Day 3: Osaka - Kyoto - Gamagori
Weather: FINE (yay!)
Mood: a little tired..

Breakfast = Porridge, sausage, toast...not much choices

Off to Kiyomizu Temple...

Along the slope up to the temple...it's so very Japan...looking at the buildings and students wearing their uniforms (btw it's a sunday, i have no idea why they are out in their uniforms)

The temple...we pray like normal buddhist temples...hands together

The many wishes written by ppl...

Place where they sell amulets...i bot a few...

A shrine within the temple...
We did wad the Japs do at shrines, ring the bell and clap 2 times ...

Legend has it, if u walk from one stone to the other w ur eyes closed in a straight line, u will find ur other half...(sth lidat..wasn't reallie paying attention to wad the guide said)

So cute~

Looks very nice!

Making ice cream! dun look like right??

Our "tofu" ice cream..reallie VERY good! even ee who dun like sweet things thinks it's good...i think it's the quality...really yummy! the flavour we got is strawberry and soya...NICE
it costs Y300 = 4 bucks sg?

Then to Kyoto Gion, Kyoto's most famous geisha district...

I din get to see any geishas but the other 2 said they saw one...boohoo, but ok lah...geishas nv reallie fascinated me...

The list of the geishas to see who's in...

Another yummilicious display

The bus stop, it will actuallie announce when the bus is approaching! COOL~

My HOT coffee i got from Lawson (sth like 7-11), they have a special section instead of cooling things, they keep the drinks warm...perfect for a cold day~ yum~
Their things are reallie ex...the mags costs abt 8 - 10 bucks...which i find it reallie a bit ex lehz
We bot some cup noodles as well...to try out the flavour...hee

Then we move on to the Kimono Show~ The kimonos are reallie very pretty and detailed (so Jap-like) and some w very beautiful models showing them off =)

Lunch =) not particularly delicious, cos i dun reallie like fish...and there's a fish -.-" i managed to eat half of it, which is a big accomplishment for me! there's tempura and some weird seasoned things...very sweet and not nice -.- but 1 plus point is there's this thing called fish bread or sth lidat, which u sprinkle on ur rice, that alone got me to eat more rice than the dishes =P

After lunch, we had a 1.5 hours journey to Gamagori, to Kinkakuji (Golden Pavilion)...well u can see why in the photo...

Yet Another vending machine...ice cream one this time =)

Then we went on to Arashiyama...
It was getting a bit cold, so we spent quite a lot of time inside the shops...
We went to one shop, it allows u to customise ur music box...the things inside are so beautiful!
But once again, the things are so freaking ex =X

Along the street also can see shuai ge...like 1 whole grp of them queuing up for crepes...omg...they reallie are like 1000000 times better looking...=P

The super big crows in Japan scares me!

After this is another 1hours plus of journey to where we have our dinner + hotel area...

And i sorta fell aslp...missed out all the rollercoaster stuffs...but there's always things called photographs~i managed to catch a glimpse of the rollercoaster when i woke up...

Sunset~ very beautiful, can't reallie be translated into photos though...so are the sceneries we saw...so many looks much more beautiful than the photos shown...

A mall which leads to our dinner place..

Heaven for capsule collectors! (like me)

Buffet dinner...yumyum~ pasta, sushi, tako pachi, sotong, eggs, fries, ramen~ too bad i had no more space for cheese cake!

After dinner, we went back to the capsule machines, i spent Y700 there...got some reallie cute things =) i love capsules!

Our hotel room~ i did tot it would be tatami though~

act cute =X

acting stupid =)

So we went to the hot spring and got naked in front of each other for the first time...it was less awkward than i tot...cos we saw 2 of our tour mates on our way to the spring and they just happily stripped and got into the hot spring...cos they alr did it before in korea...i guess that sorta made things easier for us =) the hot spring was indoors, and rather small...only a small pool...it doesn't even feels like a real hot spring...hahahah...more like hot water...=) but after 7-8 mins, i can feel my heart beating faster and i got up awhile later...cos heart reallie pumping damn fast...i can feel my blood flowing very fast too...hahahhaha...

anywayz guess who fell aslp the earliest? =P
