+Japan Trip+

Day1+2 : Airport, plane, Osaka Japan!

9th May 2008. Changi Airport.
Mood: EXCITED ^^

Reached the airport and looked for the person in charge...tried to spot our fellow tour mates but din managed to...we decided to go in earlier to go T3 but anywayz in the end realised no time so just shopped ard...tho i think we walked too fast to the gate, so near the gates got nothing much to do =\ in the end, we went to check out the weather in Japan, weather forecasts 16degrees and rainy! -.- Oh, and the hot weather in Sg must have caused my face to be oily and popped out a pimple T_T so angry!!

On the plane... First time on JAL, the plane was not fully occupied, and since we were seated at the back, we had plenty of space...can lean back as much as we want =) The air stewardresses were all quite pretty...got 1 particular one i tot was reallie wad i pictured the air stewardress to be, pretty, sweet-looking, gentle and attentive...i just merely popped my head up a little, she spotted me and asked me gently if everything's ok? so nice~

btw, the plane shows us the rear view mirror so we sorta were able to see us take off even tho we were sitting in the middle...anywayz the "woman" next to me fell aslp pretty fast cos she worked in the day lahz...yz and i continued to watch the movies with the sandwiches provided till 1+ when they switched off the lights...i managed to slp for 2 hours b4 i woke up to find them serving breakfast!! hmm! i tot a "someone" was supposed to wake us up if breakfast was served?haha...they sticked a little sticker at our seats to say sth like you were resting so we can't bear to disturb u, we will serve ur meal later...(sth lidat)...just a small thing lah...or maybe cos i was nv aslp whenever they serve the meals so i nv see b4...but i tot it was rather cute =P
after breakfast, the woman next to me fell back to slp while i decided to watch another movie...zzzz...so i only slpt for 2 hours...while yz said she din slp at all!! my gosh...so shen...

Landed on Kansai Airport, Osaka (hooray!)

Japan's 1 hour ahead of us so we reached there local time abt 7+ which is sing 6+...(yawnie) but actuallie i wasn't reallie feeling tired...luckily...hahaaha...

First time we met our tour guide for the trip, her name is Ogawa..but she's actually a Taiwanese who has been living in Japan for 32 yrs!! amazing~ anywayz she looks...hmm...very tough! like dun mess w me or u will get it kinda feeling...hahaa...and she informed us that outside is 13 degrees!!!!!!! OMG!!! and she was shocked that we did not bring any thick clothings...:( my gosh...i am scared...and the thickest jacket i got was the light blue pullover i bot in Australia...1st time i wore it...secretly i was thanking my mum for nagging me to bring the pullover...i nv ever expect the weather to be so cold T_T the tour agency said a normal tee and jacket will do!!! humph! We were so shocked by the news, we went out of the airport without taking any photos -.-" zzz...

First up was Todaiji Temple...it's a temple, different from a shrine... Inside is actually the Nara deer park as well...DEERS~ free roaming and there's reallie a lot of them...kawaii ne~~~ =D i love animals (maybe except crows!) hahaha... I think the deers are very used to ppl feeding them so they are not afraid of us AT ALL...in fact we are more afraid of them when they walked towards us...hahhahaa... Weather is awful cos it's drizzling =(

We watched the 4D movie of shrek...even tho the show is in Japanese but the effects were very well done...when the movie showed the spiders escaped, u reallie felt "them" running pass ur feet and water spraying out, wind blowing at us...enjoyed it lots!

Next we went to the ET ride...but cos everything's in Japanese, we dun even know if the ride we are going for is those scary ones or normal ones...so we scared the shit out of ourselves while waiting to go in...in the end? the ride was just sitting on the bicycle that carried ET...and there's reallie nothing scary abt the ride at all! hee...

Then we went to the Terminator 2 show...it's 3D but the seats hardly moved and i nearly fell aslp inside...no kidding...give it a miss if u are going next time =\

The display in the window...duncha just feel that Japanese are genius when it comes to such things...so detailed and pretty...

The spiderman ride was FUN!!!!!!!! OMG...i would love to go for another round!

it's a 3D ride...so it makes it look very real, and we have real water spraying at us again as well as u can feel the heat of the "fire" :) very enjoyable...

The time machine from "Back into the Future"...there's a ride too but waiting time was too long so we din go for it...too bad =\

Jurassic Park, one of my fave movies! there are dinosaur foot prints on the floor as well as prints of leaves...=) there's a ride here...those water slide thing lor...but heard that it's quite scary! i know i am a coward!

Universal was fun, it would have been MORE fun if there was NO RAIN and less COLD...:(

and i din get to buy my snoopy cookies...the packagings all look very NICE...maybe it's a blessing in disguise that we ran out of time bah :) but i would have preferred to buy the Snoopy stuffs rather than the Disney ones...by the time we went up the bus, my feet are TOTALLY soaked and freezing...

Then we made our way to Osaka Castle...once we alighted, i got a shock of my life, SO COLD!!!!! i was shaking uncontrollably...no kidding T_T

Our first hotel room~ we got 3 beds...luckily not those foldable kind of thing :)

The toilet seat that got all of us so fascinated at first...it has a seat warmer, water that can spray out to help u er...clean...

I can only say Japanese are very 细心...

I still can't reallie believe that I am in Japan...we had to reschedule our clothes cos it's reallie too cold, it scared all of us...so jeans, black long sleeves and tee shirt outside for me, lastly with the jacket...

Ms ee fell aslp the earliest...and yz and i subsequently zzzz too...looking forward to Day 3...
